eSkan Service doesn't start

Root Folder
When installing AccessIQ, as you know you also need to install the IQ eSkan service.

Are you experiencing the problem that the service does not want to start, illustrated below:

The problem arises when the SQL has not been configured correctly. When setting up SQL, please ensure that you follow the instructions exactly as illustrated in the manual.

The reason this specific error occurs is when you set up SQL, you need to choose the "Mixed Mode authentication", and NOT the "Windows authentication".

When this has been corrected, the problem should be resolved.
