Cannot save data after editing a person’s profile in IdentityIQ

What is the problem:
 
After clicking on “Edit Person”, you made some changes but the software won’t allow you to “save and exit”, only “exit without saving”After clicking on “Edit Person”, you made some changes but the software won’t allow you to “save and exit”, only “exit without saving”
 
What is causing the issue?
 
IdentityIQ has been designed to work with ID numbers or Passport numbers. If neither one of these fields have been completed, the software won’t allow you to save.
 
How do I resolve this issue?
 
Please complete the ID number or Passport number field with the correct data. Thereafter the software will allow you to “Save and Exit”.
