ACS: Clockings not downloading

Root Folder > Access Control Software (ACS)
No clockings were found in the IDU data base when attempting to download them using the "date range".

All the clocks have been previously downloaded from the device.
Perhaps the reader's time wasn't set correctly? If the reader's battery is running flat, it will not hold time properly. Please keep an eye on it to ensure it is not losing time.
What you can try to fix this:
  1. Open Access Control v5.4
  2. Click on Access Control
  3. Right-click on the Node (the reader) and make sure that the correct means of communication is selected.
  4. Next, click on Download all Clocking Events
This should initiate the download. Any clockings that haven't been added to your database will be retrieved.
