VisitorIQ was designed to function on a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Other resolutions will affect the display – controls may be out of place or inaccessible, etc.
My resolution’s right, but VisitorIQ doesn’t display correctly
If your screen resolution has been set to 1920 x 1080 and the display still appears to be incorrect – buttons not where you’d expect them or items are overlapping – it is highly likely that the fonts are being magnified.
To address this, right-click on your desktop and click Screen Resolution.
Once you’ve checked that your resolution is correct, click on Make text and other items larger or smaller
On the screen this opens, select Smaller – 100% from the available options.
Apply your settings and launch VisitorIQ to confirm that the layout is correct.
That is it!
