Dear Colleagues, we have the above reader that has just got stuck on startup and just grayed out with nothing on display panel. Please could you kindly assist resolving this issue.

Thank you for contacting us. For support-related queries, I would recommend logging a ticket - we have staff monitoring it during the day who will respond much quicker. 
The problem you've described is generally due to insufficient input power. The readers run on 12V to 13.8V DC and 300 mA. As a rule, we typically calculate on having 400 mA available per reader to ensure we've got some wiggle-room. 
If the reader is not receiving sufficient power, it enters a low-power state to avoid damage to the components, which is basically what you've described here. 
I would recommend connecting the reader to a power supply that has nothing else connected on it and checking if it boots up properly. 
If it does, you may wish  to make use of a higher-rated power supply or, alternatively, use a separate power supply to power your reader.
